Old Soul Co. is a boutique coffee roaster and baker in Midtown Sacramento dedicated to the artisan aspects of our chosen trades. In an increasingly gimmicky world of 24 hour “news”, celebrity chefs, and non- stop marketing, we prefer good old fashioned craftsmanship and to let our products do the talking. Originally starting as a wholesale only business, we eventually began selling to the public in late 2006 as a sort of “speakeasy” with no set business hours and a pewter jar that served as our cash register. Today, Old Soul provides a variety of breads and roasted coffee to a select few cafes, restaurants, and registers. While we’ve experienced a lot of growth and change over the last six years, the one thing that has remained the same is our core beliefs. Be humble. Be better tomorrow than you were today.
