Old Soul features a seasonal menu of fresh made quiches, soups and sandwiches as well as daily specials, from 11am-2pm.

Fresh Summer Salad - $5
- mixed field greens and baby spinach with red flame grapes, crumbled feta, sliced almonds, croutons and our own special house dressing

Old Soul Grilled Cheese - $5
- an Old Soul twist on a classic: house made Focaccia, with sharp cheddar and Swiss; toasted to perfection with your choice of sautéed spinach and tomatoes or Black Forest ham and caramelized onions

Old Soul BLT - $5
- thick cut apple wood smoked bacon, fresh tomatoes, red onion, mixed greens, and creamy avocado on a steak roll

Roasted Veggie - $5
- oven roasted portobello mushrooms, sautéed spinach, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions and feta on 9 grain wheat bread
